I drew my first cartoon in 1985. I am the longest-serving political cartoonist in the Mercury's 165-year history and quite probably the longest-serving continually published political cartoonist in Tasmania's history.
For over thirty years I have been commenting on the news of the day in the Mercury and the Sunday Tasmanian.

From woodchips to whaling, cable cars to carbon prices, Australia Day to asylum seekers and pork barrels to border walls, I've either amused, confused or angered the readers of the Mercury and the Sunday Tasmanian.

Now, for the first (and probably last) time, I've put together a collection of cartoons that acts as a chronological record of many of the local, state, national and international issues that have shaped our lives over the last four decades.
